What kind of speakers do you have? If you are running your speakers with your headunit right now, I can guarantee that this amp will be louder and cleaner than your current setup.

well as of right now, i'm not running any front's b/c i'm debating whether to put 4x6's in the dash or try and do a custom job on the kick panels since the bose POS speaks went out, but the rears are 6x9 sony's running off the headunit and i have a 2ch amp powering 2 12's in the well.

This amp will be more than enough for your 6x9's. And it will handle your fronts when you get them, as long as they aren't some crazy high end components.

I doubt it. I dont think you are going to find an amp small enough to fit under the seat thats powerful enough to run your speakers.
