It does that at random with no power on.
The computer at work has crappy sound and it doesn't make sense two hours after you shut it off but, a friend of mine had a saturn that made a similar sound evertime he shut it off. Eventually we found a kinked vacuum line. It would sort of whistle until all of the vacuum from the canister leaked out. Not sure it that would be the same but its something to look at.

Re: PIttsburgh

hmm thats possible. I got home at 2:30 yesterday, didnt even go outside. My gf came over a little after 9 and she said it made the noise as she walked by... so 6.5 hours later. One of these days I'm gonna have to poke around underneath.

Anyone going to Irwin today?

Re: PIttsburgh

On a whim today i decided i might want to trade my project Iroc for a Project 85-91 TA/GTA/Formula. Anyone out there know of a rust free hardtop one? Engine/tranny dont matter, and that includes NO engine and tranny (if thats the case i may actually sell my grand am and have 2 fbodies). I always kinda liked the birds better.

Re: PIttsburgh

nice! good choice!

Gotta weld my rear part of the subframe connector and then its ready to go. i hope it holds. Not a whole lot of space to weld to up front so i had to make some braces to weld to. I hope my welds hold up. i think they will

Re: PIttsburgh

yeah it always had a prokit on it. front is slammed but rear sits nicely. with the 26 inch tires now it fills the wheel well up nicely

i dont like how the fronts are way tucked in. 15x4 i think it is, but its not spec'd right for these cars. I may go get 1 inch spacers

I may or may not be able to make it this Saturday. An old friend has basically told me he's dropping by, so I'm gonna see if I can con him into going. Not a thirdgenner, but hes got a Marauder. I'll post up as I find out details.
