I'm in N.W. Ohio. I live in Delphos. It's between Lima and Van Wert. Not much goes on around these parts. What events are there in Ohio? Any all third gen shows ect? Just looking for somthing to do this summer and not have to travel too far from home.

I'm so close to having her running, but will the trans hold? I'm hoping after adjusting the TV Cable, changing the fluids and putting a new filter on maybe it will help. If not, at least I get her running this year. But I'm down to get something going, depending on day, time, and location of course.

too-fast im just south of ya in celina area.... went to school in lima, work in new knoxville, and used to cruise van wert strip all the time so theres 2 of them now that have been to delphos

 

Hey ya ever cruise in Delphos back in the day? It was just as or bigger than Van Werts cruise nights. Cops took that away from us. Well, just nice to know that I'm not the only person in the area.

 

Another guy from Akron Ohio here. I usually go to the Pontiac show at Summit Racing every summer. I used to own Fieros but I sold them all and now I just got an 86 firebird. Hoping to have it all put back together so cruise this summer!

 

I used to cruise Delphos back in the day, I was from Defiance, but we traveled top Delphos once in a while. Defiance lost the cruise deal just like Delphos, about the same time I think. There was some fast iron running around back then.... Now I'm in Columbus, and have yet to find a good place to cruise....

Its a start. Ill try and be there. My new "hope its running and driving on the street" deadline has been moved back 1 month to end of July. My original thought of when the car will be ready for the street was end of August, so we will have to wait and see. I plan to run into more hiccups after I get back into installing all the parts I have gained over the past 2 1/2 years.

 

anyone from NW ohio by toledo know of any good trans rebuild shops? im thinkin about rebuil my 700r4 for now and run it behind the lt1

Does anyone know of any good shops that install alarm system/remote start and had a good experience? I bought a Viper system like 2 years ago and have not installed it on my DD yet. I want to try to get it installed by this winter. Obviously a Viper certified shop would be nice. Just wondering if anyone knows any or experienced any they can recommend or warn me about

milford, OH here about 1/2 an hour east of cincinnati right off the 275 loop. I actually see quite a few 3rd gens around here but hardly any seem to be in even decent condition and its impossible to find one for sale here without some going 2000 above what its worth. I finally found a good one for a denect price though and i snatched it up!

Are you in the Ellet area or close by? I grew up in Ellet and watched Summit racing grow into what it is over the years.

 

I got pulled over last winter by the Toronto police for going 68 in a 55 on 22W coming out of W. Virginia. It sucks b/c it goes to 65 1/2mi from where I was pulled over. That's the only reason I know Toronto, lol.
