Idiots

My neighbor backed into a truck last night, the truck was parked, behind it was my car, oh thats super. He doesn't have insurance, I don't have uninsured motorists coverage and it's 1006.42 dollars in damage. Great! He said he'd pay for the damage but I don't see him doing it, just have to wait and see I guess.

Say what you want about our "socialist" government, but in Canada its the law that all cars are insured.

Uhh... we have exactly the same laws here. If a cop pulls you over and you don't have the card, you get a ticket, and then have to buy insurance, go to court and prove you bought it, and then cancel it the next day.

reckless driving . why cause insurance is a waste of damn money. i have to pay $214 a month thats ridicilous ive never hit anyone.

if you have nothing to loose there is no point in having it. if i hit somone id rather have their insurance company sue me and have a lien against me than pay $214 a *** damn month.

i have 3 speeding and no accidents and that reckless is the killer 2 points, its right next to dui, it gets reported to the national drivers record or some **** so getting an out of state license wont help and its on my record for SEVEN YEARS.

daaamn, y'all are crazy.
you'll grow out of it, hopefully.
i had at least 3 tix on my record between ages 18-22.
nothing in the last 3 years.
it's just a learning/growing process.

i have 4 points, two accidents and two tickets
all of that within what timespan?
doesn't your license gets suspended for 4 points w/in 12 months, 6 w/in 24, etc?

Actually I had 5 points happen within 12 months, then two more right after that. I took traffic school for one of the 5 points (a speeding ticket) and took the 12 hour course for another point after 12 months. I fought the remaining point in court and won.

That left me with 4 points within 12 months. And yes my liscence was suspended for about 3 days while I waited to go to my DMV hearing. I got to the hearing, fed the guy the BIGGEST bunch of brown nosing you ever heard, and got put on probation for a year - basically means I can't have any tickets till dec. 7th '06 or I'm f*cked.

How bad is the damage? Send me pics. I'm a bodyman, I might be able to help you out if insurance wont cover it.

I'll get some pics up as soon as the rain lets up, insurance won't cover it because I don't have uninsured motorist coverage. So hopefully he gets me the money or it will probably just end up coming out of my pocket. Thanks for the offer though I will definetly keep it in mind.
