not engine related, but more cosmetic,

I ordered my two peice timing cover, so future cam swaps will be easy without disrupting the oil pan seal.

also i finished sanding painting sanding and painting my wheels, i used a gun metal color on my iroc wheels, they came out looking good, will took a pic, i will try to get it from him.

and then last but not least, i took apart my taillights, cleaned them up and in process of doing the red turn signal mod and polishing the hell out of them with mothers powerball

You're not getting off that easy, explain polishing the taillights, I'm, not quite sure I understand. Just the outside plastic? I guess this cleans them and makes them brighter? Forgive my ignorance, but I have never heard of someone polishing their taillights.

Taillights are plastic, clear coat like urethane is plastic, you can buff plastic taillights and headlights with buffing compound and a buffer or just by hand. Just use the same proccess on the taillights as clear coat, buff with a more aggressive pad, switch to a polish pad and polish compound, then clean. Lights can also be repaired if you have scratches. Use some 1500 and then 2000 grit wet sanding the scratches and then buff. You may want to practice on a throw away light first though. JUST DONT GET THE PLASTIC TOO HOT.

Bigfrosty - if you ever get over to the Auto Appearance board, you'll see the sticky.
Lots of people have polished them with different materials and good results.
