Aye Porkyzilla

Just saw in another thread that you work in a smog shop.

I've been having a real problem lately that I think is related to my emissions equipment in some way, but I can't seem to figure it out. So I was wondering if it is something you've seen before. I'm totally naive about smog equipment (although I've been doing alot of reading these past few days) not to mention the fact that this is my first fuel injected car that I've bothered working on and I'm just barely getting comfy with that. I've wanted to get this thing running reliably for months so I can stop dumping money into it and save up for a V8 swap.

Here's my thread in general tech explaining the problem, it'd be great if you had any ideas whatsoever. Let me know, and I'll test whatever I can and post back results.

I know for a fact he doesn't suck as bad as your old signature, or driving a V6.

Some people have a busy life and can't read every post on TGO, have some understanding. I'm glad you figured out the problem but IMO you should have PM'd this anyways.

Porkyzilla,

My hat is off to you man, for doing a hard job. Hubby retired a couple years ago from the same job. Many folks a$$ume mechanics are trying to rip them off, especially the smog man. Keep on keepin' on!

If you knew anything about me (which you don't) you would know that I am not in the least bit a "r3dn3ck".

I'm not the one telling people they suck here.

i said that jokingly, just as i did when i called you r3dn3ck.

i'm sure he realized that, i didn't see him getting bent about it. just like i didn't get bent when he said "why don't you be smart, you suck too" puncuated with a lil slap smiley

obviously, i DONT know anything about you, so how could i be serious?

anyways, my point is, lighten up

Maybe I was joking, maybe he was serious, looked to me like he basically repeated what I had to say.

All in all I could really give a ****
