I GIVE UP....
i can not launch my car right...the best 60' i could pull was 2.3 which = a 14.3 at 99.9mph
i will launch about 3 grand it will spin just the right ammount than it will catch and bog i just dont get it...
so for this time i give up and am gonna add that stupid ram in my garage and than run it again...
and after that i dont know i will have to decide whether to get my hard top or what.
well cameron what does that say i could pull a 14.2 at 101 with stock g92 n10 dual cats, and bigger manifolds, and stock muffler.
now i have headers, y pipe, and cat delete.

Eric , out of pity I will offer up a straight trade, automatic and torque converter for your T-56. Then all you do is bring the R's up, and floor it and just pedal it so you don't spin as bad. No bogging at least!

well eric it still does make sense that you run better with your stock exhuast than aftermarket with no cat, and headers, but maybe its the backpressure or some **** that you lost.......... or just really crappy driving
.and your right vin, my car is a 13 second car, especially with 50 extra pounds.

What were you running with the auto Eric? Atleast you're not running 15's (damn 305) I don't even know why I keep buying them. Do you let the clutch out fast or ease it out?

I've been tellin' this guy for daaaays to ease into it and don't launch so high up.
You should've decreased it each time to see if it changes or reduced the bog.
No 13's for you buddy.

well i am not roasting them like i used to do, i am slippin the clutch a little bit
but its like i get the proper ammount of spin than mid to upper 1st gear it catches and than bogs its very mind boggling.
i will have video up tonight or tommorrow... it does make me feel better my brother did worse like alot worse he got a 2.8 60' but he was side steppin the clutch at like 3,500 lol he got 2 runs in ill let him have the car one night so he can get a feel for it.
and cameron youll be lucky to get a 15 the way your car is running right now lol get it fixed.

I think slicks and a 6000rpm clutch drop oughta take care of your problem.
As for the bog once it hooks, well, there may be other issues with the car other than your driving style...

Re: car pulling into a bog...
Out of curiousity, have you had your PROM done since you did all that work to your ride????? Sometimes it can really help everything to work in synk.
