Re: wtb good roller sohrt block 305 or 350
I have to pull out the engine to get all details but it's an L98 block bored .030 over with forged piston, comp cams, gear drive. I'll keep the gear drive since it's not a "knock sensor" friendly especially if you're running boost. I might be pulling it out sometime this month. Just have to many "honey to do" list. How soon do you need one? If you're really interested and we can agree on a price, I can pull it out sooner. What I mean by not cheap is that the price is closer to $1000 than to $100. I'm not saying I'm asking $1000 either.

I'm interested you know what the CR is/was, how many miles, stock crank and rods? I wouldn't need the cam or timing set. I would like to have the bird running by the meet but in not in a rush. If it happens great if not Owell.

thats what in talking about. i dont need anything special, but i do want a roller block. oh, the engine will be replacing the stock 230ci in my 67 short fleet along with the 700r4 which i rebuilt in school. so fuel injection manifold is not needed.

I have a 355 out of an 89 suburban. It is machined for roller but i don't have the roller parts. It has a new comp cam and lifters. Not sure if you're interested still but I would let it go for 550.
