Ok, the good pics are up now showing the defects. Please read this entire post before voting and give me your honest opinion from what I have said and from looking at the pics, thanks!
Got these locally off CL. Guy was asking $400, got them for $350. Front tires have 40% tread left, rears are shot! They used to have white color paint in between the spokes. The white was removed and the wheels were polished.
I like the polished look but it looks like in some areas of every wheel were there was a scratch or something they grinded it down so far there are noticable indents. I bought them anyway but am now second guessing myself. The only other thing they need is to have the black redone inbetween the groves on each spoke. One wheel has some rust and one has a small curb mark. At least all the center caps are in great condition. I don't care the rears need tread. I think all in all I got a deal. But being an ocd I am not sure I can live with them.
I know these wheels are very hard to come by, and only one of them has a small curb mark. And OE replicas are around $800 plus shipping and tax.

As stated before, all of the wheels need the black area indents in the spokes repainted. And every wheel has at least 1, some 2 of those wave/indents from grinding down to far in. And one has some rust, and one has a small curb mark. But the caps on all of them are perfect. So vote and tell me what you think, thanks!

I voted "live with them"... For the price they are really not that bad off...
If I were you I would use them until I find ones in better shape and then sell these for as close to what you paid as possible.
Pretty sure I have a good unpainted set put up that are very close to mint, if memory serves one of the center caps has a little peeling but no rash or dents - the only problem is that shipping would be an arm and a leg!
For the money you got a great set! Keep your eyes open though, singles and set still pop up every now and then!

Small money for little defects bro, that is a nice set of shoes for the RS.
I vote live with them, if I let every defect on my TT2's bother me I would have sold them a long time ago!

Thanks guys, I am starting to feel better. I have actually always wanted these wheels for my car. Didn't really want to go aftermarket, so if I keep them then I will be keeping them for a long time. Just not sure I want this particular set.
mister_hudson, ya typically wheels cost about $100 I think to ship so I would have to get a great deal to pay that, and they would have to be in better condition than these. And I would just jack one of these center caps to replace one of your bad ones.

They are in great shape but I doubt I could part with them for what you'd be wiling to pay... No worries though - what you've got is better than what you think!

Re: Please Vote: Got some nice used wheels, new pics up!
Well sorry guys, I have put them up for sale. Just not diggin them and don't see myself living with them but for a short period of time. And I don't want to waste the money on tires now when I don't really like the wheels. Gonna just take a small lost probably and go with something else. Or just wait until I find another set I like better. Something factory, no removed paint and polished crap.
Thanks anyway everyone.

Why did you buy them if you didn't like the way they looked? I have some 10 spoke SS rims(silver painted) and some polished Y2K rims(17/18) if you looking for some thing a little different.
