What you don't want to cook this year I guess you'll be in charge of pop!!!
Grilling should be easier this year the grill is going to be MUCH bigger then before.

you mean i'm not going to sit over that tiny yellow grill anymore cooking hot dogs for everyone? i'm shocked....about time you upgraded that little thing. pepsi, cheeseburgers, and maybe some pretzels/chips and i'll be happy. for some reason i have a feeling i'll be called upon to cook for a little bit...

Beth,

I've made a rule sheet, maybe you can print it out and hang above the grill and near the pop.

1) If you use the last condiment or food item, place more on grill or in ice buckets
This includes:

Taking the last pop(whatever flavor it may be) and not putting more on ice even when it is directly next to the ice buckets.

Leaving the lid open on the ketchup.

Taking the last bun and not asking/telling anyone we're out

2)Standing there plate in hand and not offering to help out while food is being cooked.

This is punishable by being beat with a hot greasy spatula straight from the grill

3)Telling everyone about your great fire skills and mad grilling ability while actually doing none of either

See 2) for punishment

4)Actually saying "May I please have a .......?" or "Thank You".

This could cause heart attacks among the volunteers from the sheer shock of it and is discouraged heartily

Did I miss anything Beth? *rotflmao*

:-)

Jeremy you wrote it I'll post it. But I will say this Thank you to those of you that have helped in the past and again those of you who will be helping this year. You guys know how big this party is and Denny and I work really hard to get it together and make it bigger and better every year. So when you guys help especially last year when I was a month away from having Kelsey makes it so much easier and then we can actually look at the cars and eat too! So and let know food ideas. So of the ones I have are Sloppy Joes, cucumber salad, pasta fruit salad. Come on I need help this party is for you guys. Thank you and I'll see all of you soon!!!

how about some heart attack potatoes?? chunk potatoes, bacon, and some sorta dress (will have to ask the fiancee)

anyone down for some skirt steak?? little bit of pepper and that is some good stuff

burgers, dogs and brats are a must at any BBQ, and some boneless chicken breasts for the non-red meat eaters and some veggies for the vegans or health conscious

Who is going to be the "Grill Master"?? Like I said before sign me up for cooking or let me know when I am there to step in.....BTW do we need any extra grills???

remember though, never trust a thin cook, because he obviously doesn't know what he's doing.

I'll eat anything practically, but what about some maccaroni salad or corn on the cob or sweet corn? I probably won't be there until about 4 or 5, but I am willing to cook if anyone is still hungry by then. I've cooked on the grill a few times so don't expect the greatest food in the world from me
