dyno, and car show

i called stacey from thirdgen resource today. had a wonderful talk with her.

stacey confirmed that they will be bringing their 1991 z28 convertible with LS1/T56 combination.

tgr is interested in bringing the dyno, but they want to know how many people will run the dyno.

we will need a minimum of 10 people, but would like to see more run.

it will cost $50 for 3 pulls on the dyno, and you will be able to receive a printout, or a disk with your dyno information on it.

stacey will also be taking photos of cars running the dyno, so you may be featured on the thirdgen resource website, as well as the thirdgen nationals website!

please post if you for sure will be running the dyno. stacey will be taking the information that i provide her from this post as being an agreement that we will dyno, so please don't say that you will unless you are serious.

so to kick it off, i will be dynoing whatever car i have there.

Hey Rob, looks like I'll be running on the dyno too. I don't have many mods, but it'll be good to have some base numbers.

Are you allowed to do any tuning in between runs or do they pull 2-3 to get an average?

yeah, well the last time I raced my car with the T5 it was only pushin about 340 HP, did about a 100 HP gain of headwork and parts, so i'll be anxious to see how she holds up to all this now. (fortunately I have another T5 sittin in the garage for when that happens)
