I haven't seen most of these posted yet. Let's see if I can get it right.

John In RI's Berlinetta, This is probably the one Berlinetta that I actually like.

ebmiller88's IROC. Is that paint/decal color combo uncommon?
Not the greatest pic, sorry, Ed.

OK, this is a bit self-serving, but I'm doing it anyway. Here's my RS, in its ordinary daily-driver splendor.

Last one - not a great pic, but here's Mkos1980's white Formula blowing my doors off on Sunday. It wasn't that hard.

Dude - that's totally MY car ... not Ed's That scheme is uncommon because it's a 1990 IROC

That's my Coca-Cola and my green chair behind the car too.

Well that explains why I couldn't find Ed when I took the pic. I thought the color looked different on film, never considered it was a different car. I took most of those in a hurry, when the rain was moving in fast - part of the reason they're not my best pics.

I don't know what happened, but that's not the pic I originally posted with that caption. This is:

PS:

Al and Matt, I apologize for not getting together with you guys on Saturday night. We had a plane to catch at BWI on Sunday morning. The wife woke me up at 5AM to catch a 9:45AM flight at an airport that was 45 miles away...Ed was a bit cranky that day...

The 6-speed is only part of it, John. You came up with a combination that I'm not accustomed to seeing. I hadn't seen a thirdgen with 18s in person before, and those wheels were a new experience, too. Your color choice put me in mind of a British racing green, but the SS stripes are purely American. I also like the fact that it's a comfortable (not stripped down) looking car that is aimed toward performance. And is the interior original, or a restoration? It's very clean.
Overall, I'm impressed with the level of quality that I saw, and the stones to do something a little less common, because that's what you want.

Most of the interior is factory original parts,........ the exceptions are the headliner and the front buckets. The seats were orriginally from a 85 Trans Am and looked EXACTLY like the seats in my 95Z right now. (See pic)

I found the factory "Camaro" fabric a few years back and decided to use it on the TA LS Contour seats because the Camaro Version had 18 way adjustable seat on the drivers side. I managed to find a 1986 version of the Power LS Seat ( 1 of only 450 *or so* made) and hope to have that one restored by next season.

Thanx for the feedback !! I like to hear others opinion of my ride,..... both the good and the bad !

I didn't Take nearly enough pictures of my car when the C5 wheels were installed. I have already removed them from the car and installed them on my Z for a show I attended last weekend. I'm running a set of 01 Camaro SS wheels on the Berlinetta now with goodyear gatorback 'sneakers'.

The wheels were not painted black - I used "inserts" I bought from someplace. ( I can't remember where I got them !) The advantage to using the decals is that they can be easily removed if I choose to change the look of the wheels in comparison to stripping the paint and possibly damaging the factory finish.

This is about the closest picture I have of them......
