lol well ive never posted on this board b4. i was just messing around. my car is a stock 305 with a catback an hypertech chip. very slow. it ran a best of 15.3 at the track and the guy in the eclipse ran so inconsistant it wasnt even funny. the first ran he made was a 15.3 then everything else was a 15.5 his last run was a 15.0 man couldnt launch at all.

 

Be careful, there's alot of Import cars out there looking to beat V8 cars.

 

seen a guy run an eclipse like that. was running down the 1/4 most every time between 102-103mph


his ET wa around 15.3-15.7

 

the front wheel drive models are worthless. But the GS-Xs.. those are pretty sweet.

Yeah, I wouldnt call being half a car length ahead of someone 20 feet out of the hole "owning" someone. And I dont know about your dads chevelle. Sounds pretty pathetic if he isnt running any quicker than a 15.30 car...unless he let you win.

 

no the chevelle is a driver we did not build it to go fast at all it is strictly a show car. it has a 283 with a big cam in it, so it will lobe will nice. everything is pretty much stock on it. so ya i guess you could say it is pathetic performance wise but thats not what we built it for it is a show car.

I saw ya there. I think you told me you had Intrax springs.

First off, nice lookin' car! 15.3 is not a bad time for a bone stock automatic LB9 car. My five speed went 15.11 best there last September's shootout when it had manifolds and was 90* with a headwind.

That's a nice looking Chevelle too!
