I have no idea what you will run right off the bat...depends how good your initial setup is. That is a fairly big cam. It will want more than 3000 stall. I would be looking at something in the 4500rpm stall range. It will want a lot of gear too...probably 4.10 to 4.56 depending on rear tire size. Once it is set up correctly, I would think 11.80's are completely realistic. Maybe even faster.
Re: another what would i run
its a 10 inch stall the guy i bought it from said it was a 3000 i thinking its a 3500 or better. i have 26" et street right now but i think i may go with a 28" tall tire. im going to drive on the street so a 4:10 or 4:30 may be lil to big for the street.

It depends on how much street driving you want to do. I have 4.10's in my 1990 camaro and they are fine to me (26" tall tire also).
I had a similar cam in a 406 with Trick Flow heads, Performer RPM and a 3310 Holley. Ran 12.20's at 110MPH in real crappy weather (DA was around 2400). That car weighed close to 4000lbs with me in it. My 3600 stall wasn't enough and my 3.73 gears with a 27" tall tire weren't enough.

it all depends on your definition of ok to drive on the street. with my berli i always kinda liked the 3500ish converter and 4:10's. made in town driving fun and even running down the highway wasn't that terrible, the only PITA was the 3 gallon fuel cell lol

Remember the stall of a converter is dependent by multiple things: car weight, torque produced just to name a few.
A 3000 stall might be a 4000 stall on a more powerfull car.
Put it togather and see where you are at, then adjust things.

only way to know is take it and run it down the track, and understand that these things take some tweaking and you probably won't meet your goal the first trip down the track
