10 point cage kit?
Who makes the best fitting kit? Pics greatly appreciated! Thinking of welding in a kit to get me back in the seat and if I need something more serious down the road at least it's fairly cheap and no big deal to cut out. I want something that goes through the dash and would like door bars to clear arm rests.
Thanks,
Aaron

X2 for the S&W. They also make one that clears the armrests. I know that Spohn sells them, and at a fairly reasonable price.

Here's a pic of mine while I was painting it. Pardon the brown dust everywhere...it was from the primer I used and, well, it's a long story lol. It's a S&W, and it fit pretty good, I just had to do the typical cutting to length and notching. I think the through dash bars were like 40 or 50 bucks extra...it's been a long time now and I can't remember. I don't have any installation pics that would really be helpful.

Re: 10 point cage kit?
I did a S+W kit and it wasn't as drop in as it seems. The halo would have landed in the view of the drivers window and the rear extension bars will land in the trunk (No good).
The door bars also were rebent in order to have full clearance of the door rests. There was little bit of re bending to make the S+W kit but overall I don't think the fabricator had a real difficulties putting it in.
If I did it again, I would find a qualified fabricator (which I have) and let him bend up his own cage using his own materials (chromoly). The cost may not even be any more than suppling your own kit and the builder will have more room to manipulate it his own way.
You also should consider doing subframe connectors and tying the cage to the frame.

Did those seat "stands" off the crossbar come with the kit or did you add them yourself?
