Assuming that's RWHP and you can get the power to the ground it should run mid to high 11's. That's also assuming the car with driver weighs around 3500 pounds.

In the real world I would guestimate it might run high 12's or low 13's.

I'm gonna say low 12's to mid 11'2 but that is after the WEAK 700r4 bites the dust with that much torque, can you say bye bye 2nd gear shifts!!!! I know i wasted mine in 2 weeks!! also wasted 2 TCI "street fighter" 700r4's

A manual conversion is no fun. You'd be better off going with a th350 or th400 conversion. You'll loose your overdrive, but as long as you dont drive on the highway too much, it shouldnt be bad. It is kind of fun to think about putting a manual in there, but when it comes time to buy parts/do work it sucks. With that kind of power what manual would you run anyway? T56? Muncie?
Just remember that if you plan on making that much power, plan on spending a good deal of money on your suspension/drivetrain. If you could get 425hp and get it to hook correctly, I'd say low low 12's or high 11's.

The Tremec TKO 5 speed tranny is rated to handle 500+ hp, that's what I'll be swapping into my car.
