Thirdgen Console and Plates
I'd like to get rid of my stock thirdgen auto console that I removed from the car last week. Console is in what I guess is average condition. The lid has a "dent" or depression towards the back of it, and the metal swing arm that it is connected to broke. Screws for rear hinge are missing.
I also have two shifter plates with a total of 4 power window switches and 2 power mirror switches. I know for sure that 2 of the window switches work, and I can test the other two next time I venture out into my freezing garage. I also know that one of the mirror switches worked, as it was on my car, and the other one I was told worked, but I never tested it myself.
One shift plate is stock, having come from the factory with the cutouts for the switches. The other one I bought off a board member here a month ago. It has been modified. The holes for the switches were cut out, and although not a perfect job, I don't think anyone would notice once mounted in the car. The cool thing about this plate is that the previous owner mounted a number of little toggle switches in the ashtray area. I think there are six, but I can check. I have no idea what you'd control with them, but I thought it was pretty trick. But, I swapped over to a 4th gen console.
Pics available upon request, or I can just take some and post them here by tomorrow.
Asking $50 plus shipping for all the parts. I paid more than that for just the custom shifter plate.
Thanks for your time.

I apparently will need a shifter plate for my car because the whole top is connected right? For some reason the edge on one side is broken off next to the ashtray but its all one piece though right? Dont need anything else, just the shifter plate part with ashtray part.

Hi Rob,
I am e-mailing you pics right now. I realized after I took them and uploaded them that they might not be very well lit. If you want others, just let me know.

Lowering price for the lot to $40 plus shipping. I'll never, ever need any of this stuff again, so give it a good home, please

I'll separate the pieces if no one wants the whole lot of them. Don't be afraid to throw me a reasonable offer for any of the stuff. I had to step around some of it when I was trying to work out this afternoon...I'd like to see it off to a good home!

Hey buddy,
I just bought a new center console off of e-bay for $9.99 plus $21 shipping, good deal I think. It is carpeted red and consists of the the upper and lower console. I will be needing the window switches if they are the same for FB's and Camaros, and do you by chance have a rear hatch button that also mounts on the console? Have a wonderful new year, and I will talk with you soon.
