Yes they are
This one only came on the heritage Camaro's. the dash 25th Anniversary badge came on all Camaros.

yeah i just figured out that my rs was a heritage. I mean not really an upgrade but it was nice to know. They painted the car before i got it and replaced the grill a new one and didnt paint it and the wheels were refinished so i never thought anything of it. I just wondered cause my car has it on the back. I thought they all had it.
