is it just me or does the passenger bank feed the turbo and not the driver's side?
i only see one exhaust manifold, and not much in piping.

It looks to me like you have to use your own header for the drivers side and have it plumbed over to the pass side yourself. Still not that hard. As long as it has enough tubing to get to the intercooler and to my carb I'd be happy.

Car: it doesnt really drive right now
Engine: 383
Transmission: 700r4
Wont that make things horribly unbalance on the motor though? Having just one manifold that is. Cool stuff, but is it really a good design?

If you look closely at the manifold it has an inlet for the other bank.
That looks like a KILLER setup.

yeah you have to look at the ebay link and look at the manifold, it looks like the casting is based on a rams horn and they wont fit will they? without lunching the stock k-member?

I think it would use the stock manifold on the drivers side and the exhaust would loop under the oil pan just like it does with the stock crossover pipe but instead of going back, it would go straight up in front of the starter and hook up with the passanger side manifold. I think it would work.

From the owner himself:
Hi, The other pictures you see there one is a top view of the engine with new
setup (dont have digital with older setup, only instant camera pictures). You
can see that I have the waste gate on passengers side. On the setup at auction
the pipes goes from turbo to stainless steel transfer plate piping it to the
front of the A/C condensator and then back to the transfer plate and then to the
throttle body. Its easier that it sound, but just trying to give you the
picture. You can do that, or move the battery to the trunk and routed to the
driver side, like the one that I have now.(Its better this way for performance
means). On the setup at auction, the waste gate goes on the crossover tube, but
you can bolt a pipe on the removable plate on top the turbo manifold and do
something like the one that I have now. The other picture is the inside of my
car to show you where do I have the electronic turbo booster button (the red
button just on top the A/C). The soleniod goes directly installed via hose to
the top side of the waste gate then to a regulator and then to the manifold
pressure hose. I did not provide the regulator because I am still using it, but
I bougth mine from Pep Boys like $7.00. The car runned great with both setups,
with the setup at auction I never tried on the strip, but tested with a couple
of Gran National, one 900cc Honda CBR, and one Twin Turbo Supra, (rolling start,
if you dont roll it a little you'll end up in the same spot) and the only one
that give me a little trouble was the Supra. Long gone was the CBR and both the
Grannys. When I run my car I like to roll it a little and then push it to the
ground. You can hear clearly the turbo spooling and the seat pressing to you,
1st gear, 2nd gear and at the middle of 2nd gear press the button...IT'S LIKE A
NITROUS SHOT. If you have any more questions E-mail me, I'll be glad to help.
One more other thing In the new picture it dosent shows the A/C compressor(I'm
rebuilding it), but my car runs with everything.

I think he has some sort of electronic wastegate. If you get the engine up in the RPM's then close the wastegate I can see the effects being similar.. but still... weird.

So basically he's trying to sell something that is totally different then the pictures with a fairly unintelligable description of how it's different (his description almost sounds like he's routing the exhaust in front of the radiator and then into the intake
).
Oh yea, this is going to turn out well...
