Youll be fine with a 100 shot. Just make sure your ignition and fuel systems are up to par, and youll be fine. You *could* even run a 150, but that would be pushing it, depending on the condition of your engine.
I ran the NOS tbi kit maybe #5153. I never ran it at the track with the nitrous but I could beat alot of people with just the nitrous, headers, gears, all the little stuff, and some traction. I ran it on a gtech befor the i did the gears but who knows how accurate that is. I raced several cars with low 13sec timeslips and beat them by a few car lengths.

If I was you I would get a higher flowing fuel pump and maybe a MSD box with a rev limiter. Stock fuel cut rev limiter would not be good with nitrous. Last thing you want to do on a juiced car is cut the fuel off. MSD rev limiters use a spark drop rev limiter. This would be much safer IMO. With a decent fuel pump and a MSD box youd be fine with a 100 shot. (Unless the engine is already damaged in some way).
