Got one of the Turbo Headers built - Pics!!
So I got busy over spring break and in about 6-7 hours I got my driver's side header totally tacked up and ready to be tig welded. I need to tweak the collector some and add a bend to the end to be able to make the turbo
face the other direction, but otherwise its good to go. I can't wait to get back this summer to do the passenger side! I left the first pic big so you can see how close it comes to the upper A-Arm... it was a tight fit to say
the least! The first tube took me about 2 hours to get right, then the rest all came very easily afterwards. I've never done any fabrication on this level, so I'm VERY proud of how it came out. And yes, I know I blew a hole
in the number 1 tube... got the 220V ESAB welder a little hot I guess!

Nah...I figured I'd just block it off
Actually, I'm probably going to go with a Griffin Rad with a custom outlet. Plus the turbo is going to face the other direction(where the downpipe will be pointed to the engine bay) and will be dropped about 2 inches. I'll probably use hard tubing for the rad hose with silicone connections.
