Throttle body question (Turbo)

Just in the process of making my intake piping to the TB and wanted to quickly ask what the circular diameter of the stock throttle body would be.

Just want to make sure I order teh right reducer. Its LOOKS like a 4" circle squashed into an oval. Can anyone confirm?
