Can the oil gravity drain from the turbos in that location?

Yes we have been making our single mounts in the same place on and off, with no drainage problems yet. Now if you try to drop them under the frame rails that may be a different story.

Okay. I really like that the system seems to retain the factory accessories. Do you need to support the weight of the turbos since they are so far from the engine, or are the manifolds strong enough to support them?

I really wish there was a turbo manifold market like this before I built my IROC's TT system. I'm anxious to see some complete installs of these heaaders!

Yes they will support them, these are the same manifolds we use to hang gt45's on with no problems. Factory accessories can stay.

Looks real good, brian! I wish had known about / had the money to buy something like this from you when I was building my kit.

Nice to see all the accessories on there too.

Hey gang, Brian's fabricating this TT setup for me and I'm pretty stoked I think the design is good and it should look pretty trick by time it is done. It meets my goal of keeping the factory accessories and should look pretty clean.

Pretty impressive that they were able to keep all the accessories. How do the downpipes run? Back underneath the turbo manifolds to the back? And of course the battery is being relocated to the back right? Have some pics when finished.

The dp's will run under the headers and back, the drivers will go under oil pan and y together in three inch over where the stock converter would be. I havent tried the smog pump as it wasn't nessary on this build but believe I can make it fit also. And the battery is moved back.
Thanks,
Brian

ummm with everything everything being...
Headers, down pipes, wastegates, intake tubing, twin intercoolers, oil lines, twin precision sc61's, injectors, all silicone and clamps.
Whole kit wit sc 61's (900 each) should run in the 5500 range.

Or just headers?
Headers wil run around the 900.00 range but once jigs are built, they should drop like the mustangs did once we get everything prebent and jigged up.

5500 does not sound unreasonable. I am looking at dunmping that much into some sort of forced induction, come next March. My only concern about the system you listed, is after laying out that much cash. I still need to come up with a way to connect my exhaust. And it is going to be a little painful dropping my headers and Y-Pipe because I custom made my own stainless exhaust from the headers to the tail pipe. It was not cheap and it took time and patience. So ability is not the show stopper, just the two elements above.

Are the turbos in the pics sc61's? Is it likely that this kit will also work with v-belt accesories??

Yes they are sc61's.
Umm as for the v-belts I think they will, but let me try I may have enough to boltup a v-belt setup.
Thanks,
Brian

Hey if you ever get to testing to see if the smog pump will work with that setup, please let me know. Thanks.

B&G Third Gen Twin Kit - It's finished

Hey gang I want to bring this one back. Brian just finished my kit and is shipping it tomorrow. Here are a couple of teaser pics he sent me. I'm increasing my webspace and should have enough to host of the rest of the pics tomorrow. Check the link back late tomorrow and I'll have the rest of the pics updated.

I think for the craftmanship it looks like its well worth the listed price....

Im assuming that the intake piping is set up for a factory tpi intake manifold, will popular aftermarket I.M.'s be supported as well, or that would most likely be extra ($) in the fabrication department i suppose.

Keep us updated

That is a nice looking setup. One of (if not the) best quality I have seen. Just might want to throw a new coat of paint on your engine though. It looks out of place. Just kidding. Nice setup.
