I'm getting ready to build a supercharged 327 for my car and i was wandering what was the best setup. I would like you to base your opinions on power, tuning, price, ease of installation, and looks. The car is only going to be driven on weekends, so you don't have to incorporate everyday driving into your opinion.

I've included information on both and I've tried to include the information from both sides.

Personally I'd go for the procharger since they offer 2/3 core intercoolers and twin intercooler setups (Unofficially thanks to Willie putting in the time).

I've read various posts saying the instructions with the ATI kits are horrible.

Re: vortech vs. procharger p-1sc carbureted setups
I know this thread is a bit old but Im also wondering about the paxton vs procharger set up more specifically the paxton install instructions that I have found on Carb's has a "box" that encases the carb where the procharger has a much easier bonnet that just mounts on top of the carb similar to an aircleaner. Since both work on the same principle what is the difference? Biggest reason is I have a paxton that I got for the right price but want to use it on a carb set up, but like the procharger install much better.
