yeah lingenfelter makes a direct bolt up kit for a garbage truck turbo to bolt on specifically to a berlinetta, just before you do that make sure your muffler bearings, defribulator valves, and turn signal fluids are all up to par. oh yeah if you have dual flam-shooters you'll end up spending more money for the conversion kit.
i believe you will also need to get a intercooler from Tonka...

Okay I bolted it to my muffler. It makes a lot of noise when I step on the pedal but how do I route it to my engine? Do I need an intercooler? What about a wastegate? What do wastegates do?
A friend of mine said Id probably need some exhaust lubricant. Where can I get that at?

The easiest way to route it is to get some good quality 5/8" garden hose. glue that to the turbo outlet and run it over the roof on the outside of the car. Use plenty of zip ties. Then run it through the cowl and into your exhaust manifold. If you run it that way, you don't need an intercooler because the cold air from driving cools down the hose!

The hot ticket these days is 5" dryer ducting. It's flexible, and you can polish that stuff up with some Tarn-X from the local convenience store. Everybody will think it's stainless steel!! As for an intercooler, just make sure you snake the dryer hose to cover the entire bottom surface of your chassis, and the cool pocket of air under your car will take care of the rest!! I wanna see some 1320' times!

Oh man! This is the funniest sh*t I've read in a long long time. I'm cryin guys. LOL!
I actually tried using Heater Hose to rout my boost when i made my air pump into a supa-supa-charger. Put a taurus alternator pulley on it to make a huge overdrive, then routed that mean power into the intake via a gastly drilled out hole before the MAF.
Let me tell ya, if the performance didn't scare ya, the sound did. You'd swear i was Tim Taylor on his pro-mod lawn mower coming down the road. I even managed to off a Briggs&Stratton or two during those wild days with my blown 2.8.
I'd imagine this guy will see equal or better results.
Vader- where in the hell did that picture come from? It's my new screensaver!

but the most important thing you must do, is make sure you change the air in your tires. Make sure you dispose of the old air properly the epa might bust you for letting your old air out into the envirornment. Like mentioned earlier you gotta keep an eye on your muffler bearings, for *** sakes you dont want a muffler knock.

I got it all done and took it to the track this weekend. I made an intercooler and used my air conditioner to cool it. I ran a duct from my AC box to the front of the car and exited it in front of the intercooler. It cooled the air down to 45 degrees F. I measured it with a rectal thermometer.
I went to the track and it ran 9.87 @ 145mph. I tried adjusting my SSM lift bars but there was not enough time between runs to do it.
Thanks for all the help guys! I may be able to get my friend to take photos of the turbo for you guys to see it.

On a side note, a husband of a co-worker I know sell this stupid device that is supposed to increase your gas mileage 10mpg and your horsepower by 30!!!
I asked to see it, and it's simply a cylindrical magnet that clamps on the fuel line to the motor...
lame... I always thought they were kidding until I actually saw it... people pay $100 for that piece of crap!
They tried to tell me that gasoline burns more efficiently when the electrons are all aligned in the same manner, (by the magnet, somehow)...
maybe they should spray their intake with WD-40, I bet it would give equal or better results...
