Stock times vs procharged....

Does anyone know the stock times of a 92 z28 in the 1/4 mile and 0-60??

And what would they be with a D1SC w/ 3-core intercooler at 12psi??

One last thing , i have flowmaster exhaust, how much does that shave of the stock times???

My car meets most of your conditions for me to answer your questions.

305 or 350? My 1987 305 TPI IROC-Z (with automatic -- peanut cam) scored a rousing 15.91 @ 82 mph. This was a completely stock engine with 99k miles and new injectors. I do not have 0-60 times.

After a rebuild with parts designed for a supercharger, I ran a 14.06 without the blower.

And what would they be with a D1SC w/ 3-core intercooler at 12psi??

12.05 @ 116.62 mph with 10-psig and it's emissions compliant.

One last thing , i have flowmaster exhaust, how much does that shave of the stock times???

My first mods were exhaust and rear gears (3.23 to 3.42). I gained 0.2 seconds.

Talk to maniacc. He's nearly bone stock, put on a D1 and ran 13.5@105. I think he has headers and a 1LE driveshaft.

Haha. Actually, every mod I've done was either bolted, screwed or glued to my car, so... you're right!!

Willie is a funny guy.

BTW, did you see the image of the Afghan and his camel? Mr. bin Laden has his head stuck up the camel's butt. The caption reads, "They'll NEVER find me in here!!"

amrish,

I ran 14.50 @ 96mph mostly stock (Headers, hi-flo cat, Borla cat back exhaust)

then after the blower install i ran 13.41 @ 107mph (1LE driveshaft, full MSD ignition, 24# injectors) also the trans starting to slip and not wanting to shift.

both times were ran with the same old bald street tires, full emissions, and 94 octane

later
