Some twin turbo L98 photos

I come with the hookup again.

A friend shot these at the Corvette Museum this past week. Figured id pass them along to anyone interested in building a cheap set of headers for their car. These could be made cheap and easy I think.

They're almost like block huggers turned up side down. I bet you could modify some block huggers easy. Cut off the flange and reangle the headers to point straight up.

I have been looking into this & it is not
"just that simple", most block huggers go down towards the block (Duh right?). the problem is that when you turn them upside down they go up & in & hit the valve cover. I have been looking into a set of "non block hugger" shorties that come down & not so much in. I think that Sanderson has a set & am going to check out a set in a week or so & will be able to let you know if they look good in that time.

Callaways turbos were in the back of the engine out of site. He put intercoolers where those turbos are.

Darren,
If you call him earlier in the morning as in before 10am then he is usually there. That is the only time I have been able to get a hold of him.

I have been trolling this forum reading some turbo info here and there, so I thought I would throw some info out there, here is a pic of a vette that has twins being installed.

He mentioned where he got the manifolds etc...

Man... could you imagine how complicated changing valve seals would become on that?
