Adjustable FMU to raise fuel pressure and an MSD6A-BTM to adjust timing per pound of boost....what size turbo you have?

its a t3 turbo..... thats all i really know about it i got it for 25$ at a scrap yard no slop and it holds oil.i was told it will go up to 26 psi and the internal waist gate is set at 8 psi.( not 100% knowlageable about turbos yet but this winter ill have plenty of time while i install it.) ill probably be asking alot of questions on ajusting it correctly too.
i dont really want to run to much boost on the car its a lowmilage engine but ive been having intake manifold and plenum gasket problems ( replaced them twice already) next time i have to im just replacing my intake manifold. and i just want a smaller power gain seeing that i do drive it alot and i dont want to get my self in trouble.

Pic of the turbo. About how large is it? It might be too small, and actually choke your motor.
GL with the build. Injectors maybe another thing on your list.

its actually gunna be a remotemount so being smaller it should work better for that, right?........ i know RMT isnt very efficent but its gunna be the route im taking. ill get pics up on friday. the turbo is at my work im waiting for some one to verify what kind it is and if it works.

The adjustable fuel pressure regulator is nice but you will still need an fmu(fuel management unit). It will raise fuel pressure in relation to boost. Get an adjustable one like Ol'Blue stated.

Why not just get a boost referenced fuel pressure regulator? Like this http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1∂=AEI%2D13202&N=700+4294880914+115&autoview=sku
Because it will only raise the fuel pressure on a 1:1 ratio...1 psi of fuel pressure for every pound of boost....An adjustable FMU increases the fuel pressure to any desired rate...as in 8 psi of fuel pressure per pound of boost and so on. This is a bandaid but it is a pretty darn good one...It CAN eliminate the need for larger injectors....You can only push stockers so far but, in the case of 8 psi he should be fine...but I'm not confident on the answer. You Could always go with 30#'s and start with lower base pressure so it idles fine and use an FMU to ramp the pressure up under boost...
A T3 turbo is more than likley too small. A T4 with a smaller A/R on the turbine side is still what you would need
