times with nitrous

Just wanted to say you really don't have to spend an arm and a leg to post some decent times. 1992 Formula 350 with 114,000 miles. Only mods are a SLP Cold Air Kit, NOS kit #5151, and a set of M/T ET Streets. At Richmond Dragway and in 95 degree heat with ridiculous humidity the car went 12.8518 @ 106.79 MPH.

Re: times with nitrous

What was your 60ft times?
Do you have 1/8th mile times?

Is that a dry or wet kit?

Re: times with nitrous

I bought this kit from Scoggin Dickey on clearance for 360.00. It's the wet kit. I am using the 150 hp jets. My 60ft time was 1.91. 1/8 mile 8.24. I am sure I can go faster than this. I will post more times as they come.

Re: times with nitrous

My 92 Formula went 12.34 @109 with that same kit but my car has headers a mac catback and a 2800 stall. Stock longblock with 82k on it. Oh btw that kit is run very very fat lean it out a little bit and it WILL pick up a bunch. My car on the 150 shot put down 355/463 on a 9.9 afr

What is the part #? I wouldn't mind getting some nitrous on top of all my mods and seeing what I could run.

Not bad, I did about the same lil better with a 2400 stall (s10), with pretty much the same on my Formula.

Re: times with nitrous

Nice times guys I pulled a 13.02@104 w/ a 100 shot dual nozzle setup similar to the old 5151 kit. mods included as&m runners accel base, 1.6 rr's, 2800 stall et street radials, slp headers and mufflex catback. You must also take into account that this time was with a density altitude above 6000' so you can do the math. I have yet to hook the nitrous back up with the new stroker stealthram cc306 combo.
