no thats just for running the downpipe and such along with the buttjoint clamps lol
i was hinting at the fact there is no manifolds so i came up with a sketch of how Im going to run it, tell me if you think its good

the stick welder although its a pita to use actually welded pretty good, i had a test run overnight i attached a twenty five pound weight to the end of test pipe and the weld didnt break nor rupture, so far so good, just hope it can hold boost

Is that a Chicago Electric 80Amp DC stick 115v input? It will weld pipes together, but will never weld pipe to a header flange without pre-heat or multiple passes.
You can turn that into a TIG welder and do the pipes if it is DC output. All you need is a torch with a gas valve, a regulator, and a bottle of argon. A MIG would have been easier in the long run, but that ARC will work for most of the stuff if it is steel or stainless steel.

yeah everything is plain old steel, gonna get painted with high heat paint when its done and wrapped with some exhaust wrap. I plan on making a decent weld from the header flange/cast iron(cutting off the bell part of the flange) to the exhaust pipe/steel and than clamp it with a walker clamp for added control
