I believe AngelFire does not allow hotlinking, which is storing images on their servers and then linking to them (IMG tag) from outside of their domain. Other hosts do this as well, such as GeoCities/Yahoo's basic accounts.

The original poster must have realized the above and is now using CarDomain to host them, which works.

Just a tip, you don't need to post a new message to view your new (updated) signature. You can view your past posts to see your new (updated) signature; atleast the ones where you placed the check box in the "show signature" option for that post.

This is a different issue from the original topic, which is over 4 years old. The issue in the original topic was simply because the member was using remote-linking from AngelFire to host their image in their signature. We have no control as to what works and does not work when you remote-link as it's up to the host/provider.

Your issue is simple. Your signature will only (automatically) display for any new threads you create. However, any new replies you post will not (automatically) display your signature unless you manually (each time) select to display your signature when you submit that new reply. This has been the way TGO's forums have been setup for the past several years to help reduce, in a small way, members repeatedly posting their signature in the same thread.
