2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

The file size limit is 150K. This is the reason why people's images are not showing up.

By the way, please do not create a page and put nothing on it. I'm going to go through every few days and delete any empty pages. I don't expect everyone to have images right away, but you should at least give the specs of your vehicle, a list of mods, etc.

I just checked out your page. It's AWESOME! Good Job. You really made it your own.

So I'm guessing it's all thumbs up on this plugin?
I think it's something that help make this more of a community and will bring more people in.

There appears to have been a problem with the pagination code. I think I corrected this. If that is the problem you experienced. It caused page 2 of the results to be blank.

Sweet my garage is up and running now...go enjoy it. Finally somewhere to put our mod lists without mile long sigs.
----------
anyway we'll be able to list the cars by make/model...username...or year?

A sort function would be great.

It was fun to make a page. The only thing I noticed was it said a 150 kb max. I made all my pictures 140 kb, and still resized them all to around 50-70 kb. Not a big deal, just letting you know.

The original sorting method was by your numeric user id. I changed it earlier today to put the most recently updated pages on top. Think of it as an incentive to keep modding.

It was sorted (by default) based on your vBulletin userid. Jason changed it to sort by date/time of submission of your vBGarage entry.

This means that the newest entries will be first, while the oldest entries will be the last.

Edit: I didn't see Jason's response at the time of my reply.

This plugin was brought back after a long time of not being available.

Right now it's just a port of the old version.

The new guy incharge is looking to release a newer more robust version, hopefully in the near future. I would assume that sort options would definately be on this list of todo. As is multiple garages for each user.

this is not a plugin that myself or Jason have alot of time to put effort into. We'll just have to wait for the next release. Sorry

Is there a way to not display the garage icon next to your name if you don't have anything in it? Because otherwise it looks like everyone has something there, and I'm clicking needlessly.

See we're not so bad after all
I'm glad everybody likes it. Hopefully we can put some more functionality to it. JT and Myself have been picking the best cars and putting them on the front page Gallery. Stop by and check it out.

By the way, the front page gallery is now using LightBox2 (hopefully coming soon to vBGarage as well). If you don't know what that is, take a trip over there and click an image.

Coolest. Thing. Ever.

As if ThirdGen.org wasn't the best place ever before.

You guys gotta admit this is some nice direction we're taking the site. I'm really happy with it.

And yes,
there is a good possibility that the cool image display will be added to vBGarage also. But it's my b-day this weekend so we'll see how much time I actually spend infront of the computer.

It's also worth mentioning that when viewing the full-size image, you can put your mouse over the upper-right or -left and a button will appear to let you go to the next or previous image without having to close the current one.

I think its a cool feature, though I also wish we could have multiple entries for those of us with more than 1 project going at a time. Now to decide which car to post pictures of ... hmmmmm
