Board Running Slow
This board has been running very slow for me for the past week. I thought it might be my computer, but every other board I go to runs fine.
Just a heads up for the right personel.

I don't think I've ever seen the site run this slow. I really hope the Xoxide guys are planning to do something.

Seems to be responding quite a bit better. Only takes a couple secs to load instead 10+

Re: Board Running Slow
The number of users reported in the online list isn't exactly very telling of the entire story. Not only because that's based on the last 20 minutes of activity (so you basically can be reading/writing/searching once every 19 minutes/59 seconds and still be flagged as "active"), but what those users are actually doing is more significant.

Re: Board Running Slow
This board is slower than a herd of turtles. Sometimes I fall asleep before the page will load. If I hit the back button it still takes a minute to load a page you just looked at! What's up with that? Apparently gear heads and wrench turners don't make good web designers. Not hating, just commenting. I usually keep 2 or 3 tabs open all the time so I don't have to keep reloading pages. I don't have to do that anywhere else I surf at.

Re: Board Running Slow
Since the site was taken over by the new owners a year or so ago or whenever it was I can no longer view this site using AOL. I have to use IE, it is so slow with AOL I cant even look at it. Wasnt always that way, no idea why it happened.
