Re: Newbie today

I am also a newbie.I'd like to thank the members of this board for helping me when I needed information on how to replace the Clutch Master/slave on my '85 Z-28.I went with factory stock as the aftermarkets I found were 2 separate units and the GM replacement was already full of brake fluid and bled. After using the suggestions I found on this board (via a search engine),everything went in smoothly and the car shifted perfectly.I can try and contribute to the boards as I bought this car for $100 in 1999 and am learning many things as I try to restore it without breaking the bank.

Re: Newbie today

Looks like the thread for this newbie, also. Son bought '89 'bucket of bolts' a few weeks ago. Just about every Google search I do leads me here. Been lurking, and getting great info here. THANK YOU!!!

I currently have the dash out repairing cooked orange wire from cig lighter, and checking harness. The horn WILL work now, lol. Inspection sticker coming soon.....
