Engine: 402 CI ls2 with tvs1900
Transmission: t56
1 less, third gen at the gathering, motor took a dump
383, superam, afr heads.
Just got the new exhaust hooked up this week. Last night when i was getting on it, severe internal engine rattling started with loss of power. It clanks so loud you can here it from 40 yards away. I am going to tear it down next week. hopefully its a lifter or something that can be fixed with out pulling the engine and getting it rebuilt. If I have to pull it,I am going to have the heads and intake ported also. Any body know a good place to have the porting done in the houston area? I guess I posted this because I am pissed off and wanted to vent. I guess this is what hotrodding is all about. Are we having fun yet?
