Thirdgen members--Missing In Action--Where are they???

I've noticed a number of people that used to post here--some more--some less--that we never hear from anymore.

Hitman
F-Bod
Sonar
Fatal 88
86WS6_TA
JR92Z28
Neil 350
Vansrider 98
SLP Addict
Rock90RS
92RSB4C
DSDUDE 2001
Htown_89 bird
406_Z
92B4C305 1LE
Rock 90 RS
Steven 90 GTA
CG91TA
man-of _steel 27
Ragin'87
DMN

Where are they? Why don't they post here anymore?

I realize there are some that do not post much--just read. I realize some sell their thirdgens. I realize they are many reasons that we might not hear from them anymore, but,

WHAT'S THE DEAL?

WHERE IS EVERYBODY?

I know Steven(Sonar_un) still posts on the main boards, just don't think he checks in here often. Did he forget about his local brethren?

I'm still around, but the Camaro is out of comission right now. Not really in a big rush to finish it.

I still check here daily.

Nah, The motor just has too many miles and broke the ol' timing belt. So I just parked it. My dad and I are debating whether we should put a 383 or 427 in it. (TPI) But I just haven't had a lot of time, between work (IT-HelpDesk), kids and trying to get back in shape by running and playing basketball. Not to mention, have to make time for the beautiful wife! lol I need to get it done though.

86WS6T_A sold his car I believe.

92RSB4C probably got out of high-school and moved somwhere (I suspect he's posting under a different name though - there's a 92 B4C car guy from houston who posts on a couple boards)

Neil 350 had a fourth gen - never knew why he posted here anyway (he showed up to a gathering with a friend I think)

Fatal 88 hardly every posts. Even when he was showing up to the summer/winter gatherings - he'd post once and then show up to with his car immaculate and prepped for 1st prize.

I check here often, nearly every time I check the boards. I just don't have much to say, so I am lurking.

F-bod has his 240 now and is trying to sell his Camaro.. thats probabally why he hasn't shown up recently.

I know hitman has been pretty busy and his car I think is down for the moment.

Rocky lurks once in a while, I am not sure of the state of his thirdgen, most likely its apart as usual. He seems to post on TGF often though.

Think 92RSB4C + 92B4C305 1LE are the same?

Anybody (other than a PM) know how to get a message to him?

I know there's about a website/milliom message boards out there, but what other sites would they be posting on?

What other sites that would deal with thirdgens? I know of Z-28.com--F-Body.com + and one other that I can't remember the name right now.

Anybody know what term or phrase to enter, would be good if U wanted to do a Google search for Camaro/Firebird sites (especially ones that might cater to thirdgens?)--message boards?

Ok im here... what?!!!

Ive been working 2 jobs and have been hella busy. I would have been at the monthly meet, but I was working in Austin.

I actually sold the RS to Mike (1bad91Z) several months ago.

Here I am

Sorry dudes. It's been a hella busy year for me. My ride is still runnin, but not well enough that I can drive her as much as I like. I am having cooling problems and A/C issues. During Houston's summers, heat can be a big problem

I think I need a new fan motor, relay and temp switch. The A/C has a leak somewhere.
Other than that, she still runs strong.

I missed some of the meets due to prior family engagements, but I hope to make the summer meet.

Good to hear from U dude!

I am at a loss on AC stuff--not sure if anybody on the board is good with ac stuff. If U got the bucks to put it in the shop and get it fixed, I can point U to a guy--independantly owned shop--who will do for less than pretty much anybody in Hou. He's in Spring Branch area.

I have redone my AC stuff probabally a hundred times now.

I am an expert at filling it up :P

I have a small leak somewhere and all methods of leak detection have failed on me. Now it seems as if my compressor is going out, its getting pretty damn noisy.

I would just like to redo the entire AC system, from the condensor back. Mmm.. wouldn't that be nice.

heh, I know how that goes as I've also filled and refilled mine plenty of times. I should own stock in Dupont.

You going to make it to the Summer meet steven?

I am still around my self. I have got two things I would like to do before I start making the meets again.
- Buy some new wheels with 11 or 12 inch wide rims out back.
- Find time to spray some candy paint on my car.
