Food Thread--2005 Fall Brawl

OK everybody, the 2005 FALL BRAWL is less than 2 weeks away. It's time to start the food thread for the Saturday portion of the FB.

Going by the head count thread, it looks like there will be about 20+ cars and 30/35 people. Based on past experiances there will always be a few show up that did not post on the headcount thread, and a couple that have last minute things happen to prevent them from showing up, so we need to have enough to go around.

This is basically a pot luck type affair--everybody bring a little something.

I want to remind everybody of a couple things:

FIRST AND MOST IMPORTANT IS THAT I HAD TO GO PUT UP A 125.00 DEPOSIT TO HOLD PAVILLION #1.

We must clean up after ourselves and not trash out the place for the deposit to be returned! That includes the parking area as well as the picnic area where we will be doing the ceremonious "BURNING OF THE DOGS"
I'll try real hard not to burn them so bad this time , that is, unless U like them that way!

NO GLASS CONTAINERS OF ANY TYPE --that includes soft drinks as well as any BBQ supplies!

NO BEER (yeah right! )--Just keep the alcohol in koozies or hidden or whatever!

Here's a list of stuff U can choose from, that we need people to bring on Saturday at Bear Creek Park. Bring as little or as much as U are comfortable with. Please what U intend to bring and I will post a "Master List" in this thread, we can refer to.

As of Sunday --11/20/05
STILL NEED!
Couple ice chests + ice
Couple rolls of Paper towels

Have some, but probably use some more!
Hot dogs and buns
chili for the dogs
gratted cheese for the dogs
Chips
Soft drinks
dessert stuff like Choc chip cookies

Probably have enough.
Paper plates
Sporks

If anybody want burgers, that's cool, just be sure and bring buns. And it's probably easier if U get those premade burgers like U can get at the grocery store, rathe than a package of ground meat!

What am I forgetting?

Hah, you said SPORKS! Actually one of the best things to come out of fast food!

I looked at the list for the modding party, and seeing me listed as bringing "Banana Pudding" looks so......lame. But what the heck, it got good reviews from RudyT last year, so I'll do it again.

So mark me down for "Banana Pudding", and I'll bring some extra SPORKS!
