at a gas station in town today I was told to visit the south central forums here on thirdgen.org. Looks good so far, just lettin y'all know that there's another third genner in the area. Got it for $1800 with only 109,000 on her.....well maintained, all interior accessories work, new interior by me as well. anyway check it out. Not the greatest pictures, but oh well..more to come

Welcome aboard......car looks pretty sharp, but I don't recognize it....who did U buy it from? What type of Engine, tranny, any mods?

I bought it from a guy my dad worked with. This guy worked on AC systems for Kroger before breaking his neck, and having to work for HP. This was just a "joy ride" car that he just took out and cruised with every now and then on weekends and stuff. Well, after a while the fuel pump went out, and he couldn't replace it.....so he said he wanted 1800 for it. It had rain waiter in the passenger cmpt. from the windows being down too, cracked dash pad, smelled pretty bad, but I fixed her up with some old 4th gen seats new dash pad ( 40$ from a employee's firebird at midas ) a $50 Sony CDX-100 CD Player, and some new carpet from 1aauto.com. After that I replaced the water pump, and added a new battery, my new fuel pump has a badass whine to it now too when you fire her up Lowered it after that with eibach sportlines and redid the shocks and struts with KYB GR-2's. I've got quite a bit of work into her now, it's really cool to see it come along. This is my first camaro to ever own, and I'm loving every second of it It's a V8 305ci 5.0L TBI automatic, with the 700r4 tranny with new tires and wheels, minor caliper adjustments too. oh and don't forget the K&N airfilter, heh.

I "retired" from the dba/sys adm stuff about 4 years ago (MCSE + I) and haven't missed it yet. About the only think I want to use a computer for is to surf and maybe get into prom burning.
