Food / BB-Q thread for "Official Annual Fall Re-union Gathering" - post here!

The success of our BB-Q depends on all of our participation. If you offer to bring something, please follow through that way we are not short on food/drink to feed everyone.

Things we need:

Coolers full of Ice
plastic cups
paper plates
paper towels
canned cokes / dr.peppers / etc..
hot-dogs
maybe hamburger patties
ketchup / mustard
buns for burgers and hotdogs
charcoal / lighter fluid
aluminum foil
plastic eatin' utencils I.E. forks/knives/spoons
chips

and anything else you guys / gals may want to bring

With everyone bringing a little something, it will only cost us a couple bucks each this way to have a nice BB-Q and get everyone fed.

Put me down for a 12 pack of Dr. Pepper

So far we have:

Mike (1bad91Z) - 12 pack of Dr. Pepper and 1 pack of hot-dogs (we still need more)!
CharcoalBird - Plates/Cups/Napkins/Utensils
yevgenievich - ketchup/mustard
LilHot - 12 pack of Sprite and case of drinking water

Re: Food / BB-Q thread for "Official Annual Fall Re-union Gathering" - post here!

Down for Plates/Cups/Napkins/Utensils.

I'll have some of the guys here bring some chips/dip.

34cars and how many people? More than one person can bring hamburgers/hotdogs so we don't run out. I'll see whatelse we can bring to cruise out there. As long as it doesn't have to stay cold being it's a 21/2hr drive for us.

What about bottles of "ginger ale", ketchup and mustard? You can put me down for those. I am going to do my best to make it even if i have to take my stealth to get there.

I will bring the usual. A cooler full of ice and drinks (probably a few brands), chances are I will bring either hotdogs, sausages and buns also. Maybe other things if I think about it also.

If you get a chance, ask her if her famous "tater salad" has onions...if so, ask if she'll hold on those.

Re: Food / BB-Q thread for "Official Annual Fall Re-union Gathering" - post here!

One normal size plastic bottle of each should suffice.

This is the current list:

Mike (1bad91Z) - 12 pack of Dr. Pepper and 1 pack of hot-dogs (we still need more)!
CharcoalBird - Plates/Cups/Napkins/Utensils
yevgenievich - ketchup/mustard
LilHot - 12 pack of Sprite and case of drinking water
Sonar_un - Cooler with ice, 1 pack of hotdogs/buns, drinks
Sue - tater salad / deviled eggs
plndtx - sausages / buns
Red92RS - charcoal / lighter fluid

We could always use more hot-dogs, drinks, paper towels, etc... What ever we don't use, can and I'm sure will be brought home by the individual supplier. Back up stuff is always nice in case someone can't make the event.

Just a thought........

I'm going to bring an ice chest full of stuff like assorted drinks, some kind of dead animal and probably some buns. Maybe some charcoal as well. I think I have a bunch of paper towels and paper plates out at my shop, I'll bring those as well.

Bored?!?!? There should be enough cars there to keep us all occupied all day long. If not, be prepared to call me Barry Sanders.

Make both! I am half beaner and love spicy salsa. And Badman i am sure he was kidding. As for the cooking, i am willing to do some cooking as long as I get some help. I did the cooking at the ARD meet and i dont think anyone got sick
And as for the football, I know there are going to be a few people like myself that will probably be the first to get there & the last to leave so i figured we could have something to pass the time while we wait for others.

Don't be surprised if only 4-5 of us roll up there...I was hoping for more participation but some people have to work, some have Child Protective Services giving interviews, and others don't have running thirdgens. I'll make some phone calls tommorow, see if I can pull at least a couple more cars. I can't wait to meet all of you as well. 1 more day.
BACK TO FOOD/BBQ...i'll check back tommorow night and to see whatelse may be needed and i'll let the guys here know what to bring.

I think 4 or 5 cars would be a great showing considering the drive.

Please be sure to try and bring the items you all signed up for. It would suck if we all had to eat raw hotdogs with no buns!!

Ill try and bring some fixins for the dogs and burgers and maybe some dogs and a package of burgers with buns for both. I will also get some plates and silverware and napkins. I will also try to bring some cokes to. I will try to bring a little of everything I can think of.
