Lets go to the Caffeine and Octane Show. September 1st
Hey guys.
I've been going to this show for about a year now. It's an amazing show and you will be impressed by the number of cars there. From daily drivers to the most exotic of exotics.
There is one problem with the show though. I haven't seen many thirdgens there at all. Normally there is one black thirdgen camaro and then my car. But numerous cars of every other generation.
The show is located off of Windward Parkway in Alpharetta. It takes place the first sunday of every month.
It would be awesome if we could fill a row.
You can browse through their gallery under the media section.

So who all thinks they can make it?

Re: Lets go to the Caffeine and Octane Show. July 7th
It's crazy Danny, there are probably 400-500 cars there anything from brand new Ferraris, to 1930's Bentleys, drag cars, project cars. They all show up at the butt crack of dawn and then the whole lot is cleared out by like 10:30am. And if you don't show up by 6a or so you can't even park in the event parking lot, you have to park next door!
After this weekend I should be like 99% done with my car I plan on actually setting my alarm clock and making the trip up on the Sept show. I'm assuming it is Sunday the 1st?! I'm going to the NASCAR race that night too, so an afternoon nap will be in order, but speak up if any of you other guys want to ride up.

Maybe, I know CW is out in Dallas, and I'm in N. Marietta, where are you at? I usually take 92 to 400.

I take 92 to 400 aswell. I'm NE Marietta, more like kennesaw. As far as time, I dont know. I normally get there 7:00-7:45 and hope to find a spot. Right about 7:00 all the good spots are taken, but decent spots are left.
Time is up to you guys. We can go early, or later.

Just East of 575 on 92. I just figured that was a good landmark. We can meet somewhere else if you guys don't know where thats at, just not West of there cause then I'd be going backwards.
6:30 should be cool, I don't think I can go out earlier cause I haven't got my lights all hooked up yet lol.

I got another guy that has a black thirdgen that is up to driving with us. He said that we really need to be at C&0 by 6 AM to get good spots, especially since we are going to need about 4 spots that are side by side. Thats EARLY, however its fine with me if you guys agree.
What do ya'll think?

Man. We'd have to meet at 5:30 to get there by 6. I could do it if everyone wants too.
Does it cost anything to enter?

Had fun guys, should do it again sometime. Anyone want to help petition the organizers for a larger parking lot? It's getting kinda crazy, there were folks coming in at 8:30 that couldn't even find anywhere to park in the overflow area. They used to move every couple months because of space, but they have totally outgrown the spot they are at now.

I had fun aswell. Next time I gotta make sure I'm on time.
I was just talking to my brother about how much the show has grown over the past month.
I'm up for the petition. I wonder where we would move, because we would need TONS of space.
