Switching to a T-5

Switching to a T-5

Does anyone know with the prom is there anything aside from turning automatic off that has to be done?

you can use a stock prom with no need to change that

What about the lockup Converter or whatever....Doesn't the prom need to have changes done to it?

I've run my car on an Automatic ECU with no problems. If you're really concerned with it, just find the BIN from your year manual car and use that.

i have a t-5 and stockauto chip, works fine. but the t-5 sucks,ive gone through 3 of them and their getting hard to find.

How did you wire in the backup switch?

My automatic has a 3 wire of different colors than the 2 wires of the Manuel harness...
