For all f-bodies! We are trying to get it going. July 7th or 8th is the date we are looking at currently. We are trying to build up enough interest in our area to make it a success! We are currently working on the sponsars and hope to have everything in tak by next week. I would really like to encourage you all to come to El Paso and hangout with us. Manily if you are in the southwest area! Food, beer and give away's are my hopes right now! I have other commitments that weekend in July and won't be able to make it.

But you might want to get on www.lvfbody.com and send a message to their club president, Sarge. I don't know if they'll roll that far for an event but it sounds like you're setting up something similar to their annual LasVegas Invasion event that happens on Labor Day weekend every year. He might have some ideas on working with sponsors etc since they've been doing this since at least 2001.
