I will look through my storage tomorrow. If I can find mine, you can have it.

Re: MAF needed ASAP

Master_disaster, I have been looking for my MAF but have not been able to find it yet. If someone else has one you should probably snag it. I will keep looking just in case.

Re: MAF needed ASAP

You can run without it for an indefinate amount of time. Performance won't be that great but basically the computer goes into a Speed density table. I drove with mine unhooked for a week to rule out MAF issues, and gas mileage didn't suffer either.

So while you are searching for one, you can drive the car fine without it.

Re: MAF needed ASAP

yeah still looking, if you could hook me up with one that would be great, i had to put off the swap until i could find one, im not a fan of running my car in gimp mode even if it doesnt "hurt the gas" its obviously there for a reason so id rather have the items necessary than to just throw it together, this thing is my daily and i drive all over the valley for work

Its so much better NO electronics. Go with the Accel Distributor with vacuum modulator. What i did and love it. Basically everythign on my car is either mechanical like choke temp, oil.
