Does anyone know of any speed shops around the Tucson area? I would like to get some parts for my IROC and want to meet some others face to face. Maybe make it a weekend place to meet some others from this board. Thomas

I have had great luck with Don's Hot Rod Shop at 2811 N Stone Ave. phone # 884-8892 They consistantly beet the online prices of items they carry

I agree on Don's Hot Rod shop. It's the main place to go for American stuff. Most other places around here are *****-oriented. =/ (I.e., most of the places on Speedway.)

anyways Don's is the best, but there is another shop a but farther up grant past stone called townsend's race shop, they have great stuff to and they aren't known very well.

Hey... thirdgen.org's based outta Tucson... now I know why I like it so much. 
Yeah, there are a few of us out of Tucson. We all need to get together sometime, maybe sometime next week or weekend. Just to get to know one another. I will go and check out Don's. Dirk, how are the prices at Platinum Rollas? I have seen the shop and some of the wheels they have outside, but never stopped. Anytime after this weekend, I will be able to. Going to LA to visit family and go to DisneyLand with the kid and wife. Be back on Monday, so anytime after that we could get together. Maybe just meet at Don's or something. Lets go people, two down and ?? to go! Thomas
