Those were actually taken on sunday, first bunch are fry's parkign lot off aero drive/15, miramar road, some place off the 8 close to sdsu, i think it was an exit or 2 past the one you get off at on the 8 east. Hope we cruise up in north county next time, much nicer roads.

1.) For me no, i pulled it out of a wrecked 98z at an ls1.com members house in escondidio
2.) wiring is a bitch, been out side sicne this mornign tryign to get the speedo, instrument lights and fuel gauge to wrok to no avail. Thier is some bending and cuttign required.........
3.) Yes, it looks so phenomanal right now, yet its torn to pieces since its not done yet. Wraps around you as 1 cohesive unit, reminds me of the way a c5 feels when you sit in it.

Dude... May hat is off to you. I for many years have worked with many custom swaps and wiring issues.. That must be a nightmare! It looks awsome and makes me want to undertake the project myself. As can be expected, the center console must go with it as well. Good luck getting the guages to work, id imagine that they are all specific to 4th gen wiring? Aww, rip it all out and put in a custom Autometer cluster! ha ha.. Thats what I may do... When I priced all the guages out that id need, came to about $550

Was a joke from a multi car site done to my car....the AMG-ROC.

Dunno, hadnt really thought about it till now, sicne ive had 3 offers for it lol.

The guages.....

1.) tach is nto v8 calibrated, it works but i need an interface box
2.) speedo.....cant figure out what wire on my ol;d harness is speedo for the life of me!
3.) fuel gauge....same as above

The rest work perfect (minus the digi odo, it lights up but wont read mialge, think thats due to the ecm controllign it).

Sure did, just need to modify the dash pad and its 95% complete.

Tach: not calibrated for a v8,
Fuel Guage: Wont work no matter what input i feed it...
Speedo: works fine
Everythign else is good to go.

If you look on that site, page8 has more up to date pics. Very nice i must say. Im impressed by my l33t 5k1ll5 or soemthing to that matter.

Ive seen them go for around 100-150 on ebay. The only concern of mine would be the milage. My Z28 has a body milage of 190k, but the engine has a milage of about 40k. California is pretty strick with tampering of milage etc, so durring registration, it may cause me issues and show up on Car-Fax if I ever tried to sell it... hmm... I wouldnt be interested in the McEwen faces... Ill have to think about this one.
