i got this message from a guy from EA games. so i replied and then he replied back to me saying this....

Just a reminder that we're holding car auditions for the next Need For Speed, from 9am - 5pm this Saturday, Feb.4. We'll take a quick 5-10min test audio recording of your car when you show up and contact the best sounding cars at a later date for final recordings on the Dyno and street. Final cars chosen will be compensated with EA games and merch, not to mention bragging rights that your car is in the next Need For Speed game! The auditions are for AUDIO ONLY, your car will not be in the game visually unless you are chosen for final recordings, in which case it might make it into the "making of Need For Speed" extra content DVD.

Auditions will take place between 9am and 5pm at the following location…

so i ended up goin to that need for speed thing. it was pretty kool they gave me NFS most wanted and NHL 06 also a t-shirt. i got to watch them do recordings of my car and run it on the dyno and also got to down some nice street runs too. i took some pics and vids of the day. i will try to post the vids somehow but for now here are some pics. also met a guy over there with a pretty sweet 9 sec malibu that was doin an article for some hotrod magazine and told me he was gonna try to get my car into it.

 

for the last part they ended up tapin all these mics to my car and havin me do some different speed runs down some street. they really loved how it sounded with the cut out open.

nah they didnt pay me they just gave me games and a shirt and then around the time the new one comes out i get that one and a special dvd.
