I think it would be easier to use if you grouped parts by category instead of individually.
If everyone set up their website just like Summit Racing...

Is there a reason you don't divide them out by year? Like I look in Firebird Carpet and I get carpet for 82-84, 85-92, and 93-02 (plus a bunch others I now see). It can make it seem "cluttered" and less targeted toward your audience. The more parts you guy keep stocking (which is great!) the worse the user interaction is (which is bad).

Nothing for the 9-bolt rear...Why is it so hard to find stuff for them? They aren't THAT "rare"!
All I need is a little plastic plug for the cover, but can't seem to find one!

Sort of, you can select from the drop down at the top of the Category, but for one, it doesn't remember your selection, and 2, it doesn't limit the categories by year at all. So say you are looking for a Thirdgen coolant overflow bottle. You go to the Firebird section, oh look, overflow... oh wait, nope, only 4th gen. They do happen to have most parts for most years, but it would be easier to browse if the year was sorted at the Category level, not the part level.

Yes, but only in the carpet section. If I go back to the Categories it lists everything for any year Firebird and if I go back into another section I have to reselect my year.
Go to www.schucks.com, napaonline.com or autozone.com and they all have you select your vehicle first, down to the year, and then display what parts they have for you.

So, to clarify:
This needs to be filtered by year:
