Front LCA grease question....replies????
I just had my lower front A-arm bushings installed by a shop and they did a great job, but I have a small concern. When they installed the new ES shells and bushings, they used some light gray colored sticky *** grease instead of a "formula 5" type white silicone (?) grease shich I know is recommended. Is this OK or should I try to get the stuff off and use another type?
Thanks....

When i put in my bushings i used never seiz on them because i felt i would work better then most of the grease. never seiz is grey and real sticky so that is what they might have used and soo far i have not had a problem.

It may be anit-sieze, it's just not what I'm used to. I think I'll just leave the stuff on there and use Spohn's grease when I install them. After some thought, I really don't think it will make that big a difference.
I have pics of the first part of the disassembly but I haven't put them on the web yet. I'll keep you posted.
