my right rear brake is messed up... the outter pad seems to wear fine, but the inner pad is jacked up. only the top half of the pad is making a good contact to the rotor. i noticed this a while ago and had to get new rotors. the sound reapeared a few weeks ago....any suggestions?

Could possibly be a problem with your caliper. You can get stock replacements for like $15.

What year is the car? Anyhoo, replace or rebuild your rear calipers. Check that your caliper slides move freely also. If they're stuck, it'll only engage one pad when you hit the brakes.
