SFCs before other sus. mods

I have 10 yr old shocks, struts, and springs. I scrape my air dam under heavy breaking. I also scrape my air dam by punching the gas in first gear and when the front end comes back down it scrapes. I can push my rear shocks up by hand, then I have to pull them back down by hand. Basically the shocks, struts, and springs are all EXTREMEMLY worn out. What should I buy: New IROC springs with some new budget shocks and struts OR have some Spohn SFCs welded in?

Replace the springs, shocks, and struts first. Though SFCs are a big factor in getting the car to perform better, you're gonna have to swallow a little pride and think safety first. It's always best to get the car up to "like-new stock" before modding it, anyway.

I agree about doing the shocks and struts first. A little over a year ago my struts were worn but I didn't think much of it until i went over a pothole and the driver's side strut got stuck in the compressed position . I dunno how that happened but it really sucks to have to drive down the road at 10 mph because one side of your car is 2 in. lower than the other.

ok if u are going to go and replace everything... you might as well do it right...... i would get eibach sport line springs that will drop the car, then get KYB 5 way adjustable shocks and struts, and a poly bushing kit.. and it will ride smoother than ever
